The apprentice cement mason 1 learns to prepare, handle, and work with concrete in various construction contexts. He gradually develops technical skills by observing and assisting experienced cement masons. The role requires willingness to learn, rigor, and interest in manual and precise work.

Responsibilities
- Reinforcing structures with specialized materials like carbon lamella
- Applying self-leveling products
- Pouring concrete transfers
- Surface scarifying
- Driving service trucks to various sites
- Maintaining trucks and tools
Requirements to join us
- DEP diploma (an asset)
- ASP and CCQ cards
- Valid driver’s license
- Able to lift over 50 pounds
- Good physical condition
- Team spirit, punctuality, responsibility, and autonomy
Working conditions
- Mentorship by a journeyman mason
- Provided PPE

- Indoor and outdoor work (mainly indoor in winter)
